1. By placing an order on the online store, the Customer declares that he/she has read all the information provided to him/her during the purchase procedure, and that he/she fully accepts the general and payment conditions described below.
2. The Client is excluded from any right to compensation for damages or indemnity, as well as any contractual or non-contractual liability for direct or indirect damage to persons and/or property, caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order. In the event of unforeseen unavailability of the goods and non-acceptance of the order, no charge will be made to the Customer.
3. The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by the tksline.com website by means of an e-mail reply, sent to the e-mail address provided by the Customer. This confirmation message will include the Date and Time of the order, an "Order Number", to be used in any further communication with the company.
4. It is the Client's responsibility to register with the correct data and to keep this data up to date by means of the login credentials.
5. Credit card or debit card through the nexi circuit
The Card transaction takes place through the electronic system of the tksline.com site which uses the secure server of Nexi or the Nexi payment gateway, at the purchaser's choice; at no time during the purchase process is the electronic system of the tksline.com site and no member of staff able to know the Customer's credit card number, which is provided by the Customer to the Secure Server of the Credit Institute over a secure Internet connection and encrypted according to current standards of the on-line payment market.

Payment by bank transfer must be made within 5 days of the order date and the payment receipt must be sent by email to [email protected].

9. For each order placed on tksline.com, an invoice will be issued for the material shipped, sending it by e-mail to the holder of the order, pursuant to Article 14 D.P.R. 445/2000 and DL 52/2004. For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order shall be authentic. No change in the invoice shall be possible after it has been issued.
10. Delivery costs are explicitly highlighted when placing the order. And they are structured as follows:
Some promotions may propose discounts equal to the shipping costs for orders above a certain value determined by the offer itself. Payment of the goods by the Customer shall be made using the Credit Card or Bank Transfer method, with the credit card being charged by PayPal or Stripe, manager of the integrated e-commerce platform. Nothing shall be owed by the Customer in addition to the order total.
11. The order processing time is 48 hours. No liability can be ascribed to the holder in the event of delayed delivery of the order by the couriers.
12. Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer shall check:
- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to the number indicated in the transport document;
- that the packaging is intact, undamaged, not wet or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal strapping).
Any damage to the packaging and/or the product, or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications, must be immediately contested by affixing WRITTEN CONTROL RESERVE on the courier's proof of delivery. Once the courier's document has been signed, the Customer may not raise any objection regarding the external characteristics of what has been delivered.
13. In the event of failure to collect the material in stock at the courier's warehouses within 5 working days due to repeated impossibility of delivery to the address indicated by the Customer when placing the order, the order shall be automatically cancelled.
14. Pursuant to Article 5 of DL 185/1999, if the customer is a consumer, he/she is entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason whatsoever, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty, without prejudice to what is indicated in point 15 below.
15. To exercise this right, the customer must send a communication to that effect within 10 working days of receipt of the goods. Such notice shall be sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, addressed to:
or by telegram or fax always sent within the aforementioned term of 10 days and followed by a confirmation by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, sent STRICTLY within the following 48 hours. Once we have received the aforesaid notice of withdrawal, we shall promptly provide the customer with instructions on how to return the goods, which must be received within 10 days of authorisation.
16. Right of withdrawal is, however, subject to the following conditions:
- the right applies to the purchased product in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product;
- the purchased goods must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment); in order to limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend, when possible, to put it in a second box; in all cases the affixing of labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original product packaging must be avoided;

Without prejudice to any repair costs for ascertained damage to the original packaging, tksline.com will refund the customer the full amount already paid, net of shipping costs incurred, within 14 days from the return of the goods, by transferring the amount charged to the Credit Card or by Bank Transfer. In the latter case, it will be the customer's responsibility to promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the refund (IBAN code of the invoice holder).
18. The right of withdrawal lapses totally, due to the lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its contents), in cases where it is ascertained that - the lack of the external packaging and/or the original internal packaging - the absence of integral elements of the product - damage to the product due to causes other than its transport. In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, the purchased goods shall be returned to the sender, who shall be charged with the shipping costs.
19. The personal data requested when placing an order are collected and processed for the purpose of satisfying the Customer's express requests and shall under no circumstances and for no reason be passed on to third parties.

For the solution of civil and criminal disputes arising from the conclusion of this distance sales contract, if the Customer is a consumer, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the court of reference of his town of residence; in all other cases, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Court of Cava Salerno.
